GDC – 2007: Funny Photos!

March 14th, 2007

Okay, so this isn’t a real summary of what went down at GDC this year, but hopefully it’ll entertain you while to gather our insights for the next post. Basically, I got a some goofy photos of stuff, which may not show up in other posts, but I really wanna share them :-)

Also, to the strangers photographed, I hope you find it funny (please don’t sue!)

Did you know that Jonathan Blow likes Tai Chi? Its true! Check out his site. He was kind enough to show us his favorite move:
Iterative Prototype Attack Pose!

We went exploring and found a really large empty room…I bet we could play a huge game of tag in here!
Big Empty!

Before the Harmonics talk, some guy stood up and did the Chicken-Dance:

The Harmonics guy shared their secret stash….I didn’t get the final bullet but it said “GROW TONS OF WEED!”
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee(d)

Finally, we end with the great Andy Schatz. I got a snap of him thinking about all the ladies throwing themselves at him. I’ve got pictures from the mini-mingle & suite party, but those are to blackma…um, they got deleted accidentally.

Oh wait, a bonus photo! Word got out about the hot-shop casual developers and the convention center got mobbed with a TON of SOCER MOMs (ie casual game fans):
Soccer Moms!
****EDIT**** Turns out super-star Andy Schatz was in the middle of female mob. Think back to the Beatles getting off a plane. Go Andy Go!!
