Mission Impossible

Log (~10:00 PM Central (GMT-6:00)): The topic is infection... ok, time to make that STD game. Although at first I was going to make a dating sim (in the style of Tokimeki Memorial) with an avoiding STD component, but I realize that it's too content heavy to finish in 48 hours. So now I'm working on a game that's equal parts Zombie infection equal parts Pac Man... I think I'm gonna call it FUC MAN. Basically you're a guy running around a club trying to avoid infected girls but getting laid with as many non infected girls at the same time. The condom is the equivalent of a power pill, but it only lasts once. I'm still not sure if I want to show the player who is infected or make that information hidden. Maybe there will be seed "slut" girls that pass on STDs to carrier males, and those males will pass them on to the safe girls. I need to experiment with this. Anyway here's an initial sprite.

Wish me luck with animation. I'm moving on to the "prototype" phase, getting an overhead game engine up.

Log (~1:10 AM Central (GMT-6:00)): Last update before I go to bed. I have a sprite moving around on screen. Not bad, but I really wanted to get a gameplay prototype up. Also while the sprite is cool looking keeping up that art quality for the whole game (some club tiles, 4 or 5 animated characters with 10-15 unique frames) will be tricky. Hopefully the gameplay will play out. Here's a new screen shot, not much, but it shows you I have somewhat of a graphics engine up.

Not quite sure I'll finish. I have some basic control and AI stuff up, and some of the sprites, but I still don't have working gameplay quite yet. Here's a screenshot of 3 slutty girls gangbanging another girl.
